OUR VISION:
OUR VALUES:
Core values are the essential and enduring tenets of an organization. A small set of timeless guiding principles, core values require no external justification; they have intrinsic value and importance to those inside the organization.
Values are expressed by a single word or phrase, with a short powerful description of how that value lives out uniquely in this organization.
Have we done our work in a way that adheres to the universally shared values at the core of our Values Statement? And if not, how might we change our work to ensure we are indeed walking our talk?
Honesty And Integrity:
We will act with honesty and sincerity. We are committed to behaving in a manner that is sincere, honest and respectful.
We commit to conducting our business in a responsible manner as our work is grounded toward impact to which we hold ourselves and our partners accountable.
Accountability:
Transparency:
We will be transparent in every aspect of the organization’s objectives.
We will be creative, embrace change and be senior-care focused; and continually adapt our work in response to changing community needs.
Innovation:
Teamwork:
We will behave in a manner that is supportive and enabling of each other. We will work with our partners to effect change; and make this happen through the connections, creativity, and contributions of our entire community.
We will take a broad approach to issues presented, to understand and address how they might radiate throughout/and or impact the organization.
