The Board of Directors of the St. Kitts-Nevis Circle of Care (SKNCOC), as part of their commitment to the mandate of the organization, has undertaken the task of preparing a strategic plan. The purpose of the strategic plan is to position the organization over the next three years to focus and guide in maximizing its efforts to meet the needs of the seniors and indigent in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Over the years the needs of the seniors and indigent in the Federation of St.Kitts and Nevis have intensified due to socio-economic and health-related issues. This has become a challenge that moves the SKNCOC Organization to rethink its strategies in ways to enhance the quality of life for the seniors and indigent.
Building a strong and supportive base to accomplish our mission.
The strategic themes were established by the Board of Directors for the next three years based on the needs identified by the St. Kitts Nevis Circle of Care and St. Kitts Nevis Ministry of Social Assistance.
The three themes are 1. To grow our donation sponsors and develop a long-term partnership. 2. To assist in developing best practice in elderly care. 3. To develop and maintain a sustainable food bank.
The strategic themes serve as a framework for the strategic plan for 2019-2021. It is guided by the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives and serves as the background for which fundraising objectives are developed. The organization's commitment to serving the seniors and indigent community in St. Kitts and Nevis.
An enhanced quality of life for the seniors and the indigent of St.Kitts and Nevis
To provide humanitarian assistance to the seniors and indigent of St. Kitts and Nevis who are living at or below the poverty level.
